I ordered "horfun" and "yeemee" and they came in two plastic containers for takeaway? Hmmm, I told myself, ok, I will ask for the leaf the next time I order. The "horfun" tasted fresh and smooth but little trace of "wok hei", ok, again I told myself, I will ask for it the next time I order. The "yeemee" is not going to be in my to order the next time. It is not my taste. As for the ingredients, they are fresh except for the prawns. It looked lovely but one bite of it, one can almost taste the "thaw" (frozen taste)!
