tried both wah kee and hoe nam recently. they’re very different in taste and i prefer wah kee.

I rate this better than Wah Kee. Go Wah Kee in the morning once and the taste is very bad.

I always say that it’s the best in the $10 bracket. I have never compared it to any $3 hor fun. Of course if you go to Tung Lok or some high end restaurant, you can get better ones but it definitely won’t be $10.

Oh my god, the cockroaches and prawns are related! Eeeeeeeeeeee! Personally I prefer eating prawn noodle with the prawns being deshelled and sliced half. My all time fav prawn is still Tempura Ebi.
