Fishball noodles and bak chor mee(teochew version) are getting scandalously similar nowadays. You get the same kind of chilli sauce, vinegar, same noodles choice, minced pork, fishcakes, porkballs. The only thing that separates the 2 is the fishballs. I think if there are two local foods that have a high possibility of been coalesced into one very soon, then this 2 would be it.
